FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Which areas do you serve?
We work in Dorado, Dorado Beach, the Ritz-Carlton Reserve, San Juan and the surrounding areas.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your first consultation is complimentary — we visit, listen to your ideas and talk through options.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the size and scope of the work. You’ll receive a clear timeline together with your quote, before any work begins.
Which materials hold up best in Puerto Rico’s humidity?
We choose materials for the coastal climate. For areas exposed to moisture we often recommend PVC, and we seal and finish wood properly. Read our guide to materials for coastal homes.
Do you work with designers and architects?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with designers and architects to bring their plans to life with precision.
